Registration Table

Con Registration is located just inside the Elizabeth Ballroom foyer (go through the big glass doors at the back of the Hilton's palatial lobby and look for tables with balloons).

Thursday: 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at The Hub

Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

 

Registration for 2009

We are in negotiations to hold EMC³ the weekend of October 2-4, 2009 at the Newark Airport Hilton in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Memberships will go on sale once a contract has been signed.

 

Dealer’s Room

A great con always has a great Dealer’s Room; if you want EMC to continue to grow the Dealer’s Room— attracting many more sellers with an even wider range of fannish merchandise— then please take time to spend some dough. Dealers do not return to cons where they do no business.

Pool Party

SPLASH! Attention all mermaids and mermen! Swim down Friday from 11:00 p.m. to Midnight for the Second Annual EMC Pool & Hot Tub Mixer. Spend an intimate hour talking up your favorite fandom. No food or drinks are allowed in the pool area, but there’s no limit on laughter. Play fannish word games for a chance to win prizes.
